1. We found that the rhodium colour was a better match for platinum wedding jewellery and that it can give a wonderful vintage look to many designs.

2. No! Our tiaras are costume jewellery and although precious and delicate are NOT made of real diamonds, rubies etc. Metal finishes refer to colour only unless otherwise stated.

3. Yes, here at HTM Tiaras we enjoy making items that are unique and would love to adjust an existing tiara or design one from scratch to meet your specific needs. This would become a special commission item and as such would be exempt from or returns policy.

4. Yes, we can source and match crystals to suit your colour scheme but can only implement this option on certain tiaras, if in doubt just drop us a quick email.

5. Yes, we ship abroad with the exceptions of the USA and Canada.

6. No! We do not copy other designers work, it is illegal to do so and an infringement of their copyright, and it is also a criminal act to solicit/request the copying /reproduction of another designers work.

7. Yes, if your chosen tiara is one of our handmade tiaras.

8. We operate a no quibble 7 day returns policy; you can view this on our terms and conditions page. Please note that some items are exempt from this such as commissioned pieces etc.

9. Dispatch time varies from item to item. If we have your order in stock then we aim to get it out the next working day. If the item has to be made, then this is up to 2 weeks. If the item has to be ordered in then this can take up to 2 months in the high season. If in doubt please email us for an approximate dispatch date. Please note (especially for overseas customers) that dispatch date is not the same as delivery date.

10. We can alter some designs but not all.

11. Your order should be place in plenty of time for your big day as you may want it for your hair trial or to try on with your dress for the final fitting.

12. We are an e-commerce only site as such we don't have a showroom. This enables us to bring you a wider range than most bridal stores.

13. Yes, we have 2 websites which sell different style tiaras, these are: http://www.uktiaras.co.uk and http://www.uk-bridal-tiaras.co.uk

14. No, some tiaras are from other designers and sometimes we have a guest designer produce a house special

15. No, we don't produce a paper catalogue or brochure as some many of our items are one offs, and we add new items so frequently that anything we produced would be redundant within a week or so.

16. You can either click the "enquiry" link on the tiara page you are interested in, or you can click on the contact link that runs along the bottom of the website.

17. AB (aurora borealis) is a coating that is put on to crystals (usually clear) to help scatter the light. This means that you get lots of twinkles from your tiara even at low lighting levels.


18. You can pay either:

Online- Via your visa/credit card.
This method is the Easiest (No forms to fill and post)
Quickest (No waiting for cheques to clear)
Cheapest (No stamp, envelope etc)
Safest (No getting lost in the post)

Bank transfer- This method is relatively quick and safe for large
amounts and is preferable for overseas payments.

Postal Orders- On special request.

Cash- Only hand delivered in person. Again this is a special request
so please email first.
